Hey this is MsAshHole from twitter https://twitter.com/MsAshBash420. 

This is going to be my space to let you all into my inner thoughts. I will aim to blog once a day and be very raw. It’s time for me to do that. I would like to share some of my writings and also my grief journal that I have kept since a couple of days after my husband died. I honeslty hadn’t planned on sharing that but I feel good about it.

It’s okay if no one ever even reads it because this will be a good open outlet for me. I hide in humor… This will be different.

    I have had alot of loss over the last few years. Having it increased my PTSD greatly I sought help to help me learn how to overcome the anger and grief. I know all of the grief and anger will never go away completely, but one of the things I was told to do that has helped and might help you is to write a letter to Josh and tell him all of your feelings, let everything roll out, love, sadness, anger, how your girls, his and yours are thinking and feeling. As your blog title says “Any and Everything” let all out in the letter and don’t be mad or upset if it takes you a few days to write, you have 17 years of thoughts and emotions to get through.
